Guess what!
After shower! Haha.
You know in life we often hear the following phrases...
"follow your heart."
"stick to your principles."
"mind over matter."
"no regrets."
Well, as usual, i was mulling over some stuff while showering and thinking of what i should be doing in certain scenarios. However, if i apply the above phrases to the scenarios, the action paths do not point me towards a single direction! In fact, they diverge away from each other. Not even parallel lor.
Follow ur heart and no regrets can be grouped together whereas mind over matter and stick to your principles, another group. Both groups are contradicting one. One ask u to listen to ur heart, one ask u to listen to ur mind.
Hmm so people who generally live by a motto in life, they tend to make decisions skewed to one side cos it's either they always listen to their heart or they always listen to their brain.
So if that's so, when do people without a motto in life know when to listen to the heart or the brain?
Come, let yoga guru confuse u with another phrase...
"when in doubt, do without."
Hurhur.
But singaporeans kiasu one. So their phrase would be..
"ning ke sha cuo, bu ke fang guo."
Seeeeeeeeeee! Contradicting again.
Nvm. Chuan dao qiao tou zi ran zhi. Now, find me a phrase which contradicts this.
Oh oh. Is this the antonym? Ping shi bu shao xiang, ji shi bai fou jiao. Correct not ah? My Chinese is rusty le. :(((( I think sala la. Hahahaha.
K sleepytime le. O.o 3am alr. Im a dead duck.
