Outfit for Saturday.

Sage restaurant for dinner.

It's at Mohammad Sultan, opp the bak kut teh coffee shop, along the same stretch as The Patissier.

Ordered the degustation menu. $118++ per pax. I think it's quite worth it, cos got foie gras (ala carte $30) and scallop (ala carte $25) and that's all I bother about. Ahahaha. Then main courses (ala carte) are all $40 and above. So it works out to be about the same la.

Side order: Champagne. Must always have some bubbly for dinners like this.

This dish is on the house, while waiting for the kitchen to prepare our food. Surprisingly nice. Though I have no idea what it is. haha. The bread in front also complimentary, in case you're wondering.

1st course: Parma ham (i love.) on top of some quail thing. The whitish foam thing on the left is actually granny smith apple sauce or sth. 

I said, "It looks like nua."

 He said, "Does it look like sth else?"

I replied, "Oh, xiao ah?"

ahahahhaa. for those of you who dont know what xiao is, it's cum. like men's semen. xiao2. di er sheng. HAHA. 

2nd course: Frog leg with orange colour mash potato. haha. I'm not sure if it's mash potato, but it sure taste like mash potato. hurhur.

3rd course: Scallop with caviar on top and garlic below. They very sneakily disguised the entire piece of garlic like it was another piece of scallop. Heng I discovered it was garlic. ahahahah.

4th course: Highlight of the night! Foie gras! LOVE LOVE LOVE. 2 big pieces somemore. This one is yummilicious. BUT, by the time 4th dish, kinda full le. haha.

5th course: Veal on the left, truffled risotto on the right. Nice, but like I said, full leh. BUT, still finished it. haha.

6th course (mine): Chocolate souffle with ice cream and vanilla sauce. This one is lousy. Not fluffy inside one. Too thick already. I like the Bakerzin one better.

6th course (His): Creme brulee. He said it's nice. I don't like creme brulee so I cannot give my opinion.

Peppermint tea for him and English breakfast tea for me. By this time, stomach going to burst le. But, every course is nice lor. REALLY.

Highly recommended!

 Went Tampines SAFRA after to meet sabby and lawrys for bowling tournament.

 This bowling ball is super cute la! First time seeing one with 5 holes. I know I'm suaku. For kids.

 See! Still got cartoon on it. That's a weight 5. The weight 4 one has a winnie the pooh (fake one, i think) picture.

Results of bowling tournament:

Round 1: Sabby and Lawrys won.

Round 2: Wai wai and I won.

Overall: Draw.

 Headed to Tampines One Coffeeclub for coffee and muddymud pieeeeeeee.

We spent 3 hours sitting there talking cock. Fantastic. Love coffee sessions. Time check when we left: 3am.

LAWRYS FOO! forgot to niam you! wah lao. this bugger ah, we going tampines one, but he directed us to the tampines mall carpark. Although they're just side by side, BUT STILL!!! what the hell. and then, when we left at 3am, of cos everything is closed right. STILL DARE TO TELL US MACS IS 24 HOURS! it is not!!! haha. so the door was locked! then cannot get to the carpark. Bugger led us to some staircase and left us to explore while he and sabby happily took taxi home. GUESS WHAT!!! the staircase leads to the frigging rubbish chute area la!!! CHOU SI LE!!!!! ma de. had to hold my breath / smell my cardigan / break into a run to escape the area!!! PUI. I HATE YOU LAWRYS FOO.

Received this ugly card right at the end of the day. But the words, both printed and handwritten, are SO SWEET la. jitao is heart melt and eyes tear. =D i am a lucky girl.
