Weekend escapades

Was supposed to go Jakarta over the weekend but due to unforeseen circumstances (that led to my depression), the flight was missed and $618 flew away.

Only redeeming factor was this last minute booking of Naumi hotel @ Seah Street. It's a boutique hotel which I never knew existed. Haha. For 2 nights in the deluxe room (1 grade above the standard room) total bill was almost $900.

What an expensive weekend to nurse a broken heart. But the room was worth it la.. Look at the photos.


Bed is awesomely comfy. Pillows, sheets, comforter - all perfect. You wouldn't want to wake up. Haha.


Living area which was untouched. The red chair was uncomfy to sit in. The tv can swivel to face the bed.


The work area. Yes, I did some work over the weekend. :(


I had fun making nespressos. Kop-ed all the tea bags home. HAHA.


Bathtub. The toilet is big man.


The toiletries provided is from molten brown lor. I also kop-ed home. Haha.


Despite smiling, I'm actually depressed. :( :) :( :) I'm a confused kid.

All in all, the room's layout and design was awesome. If I had my own place, I would wanna copy the design. Functional and stylish.

Only downside was there is no carpark. ?!?!? It's like coupon parking along the street. -__- and they only give 2 bottles of mineral water free everyday.

Me: "excuse me, can I have 4 more bottles of mineral water?"
Recep: "I'm sorry mdm, we only provide 2 bottles complimentary everyday. After that, it's chargable."
Me: "ok, how much is it?"
Recep: "$8 per bottle mdm."
Me: "WHAT?! ok never mind thanks."
Me: proceeds to boil tap water in the room.
Hahahhahaha.
Ridiculous.
